Burnt End Brisket

Double-smoked with sweet sauce.  First smoking takes 12 – 14 hours.  After that we cut it, add sweet sauce, and smoke it for 2 hours until caramelized.

Sliced Brisket

Smoked Texas-style for 12 – 14 hours to bring out the smoky deliciousness.

Pulled Pork

Pork shoulder slow-smoked for 10 – 12 hours until tender and juicy.
